  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar Use honey for a richer taste
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey (or sugar), grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Drizzle over coleslaw or salad and toss to combine.

Notes

Store leftover dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake or stir before serving.
