Notes

Serve Peach Cobbler Muffins warm or at room temperature. They can be paired with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for up to three months. Make sure your peaches are ripe for the best flavor and avoid overmixing to keep muffins light and fluffy. Variants include using other fruits like blueberries or strawberries.
