  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, crumble the biscuits and spread them evenly.
  3. In a saucepan, prepare the sausage gravy according to package instructions or your favorite recipe.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits, then top with sausage gravy.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top if desired.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the egg is set and the top is golden brown.
