Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces Zucchini
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika (optional)

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Mandoline or Sharp Knife
  • Large Mixing Bowl

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Thinly slice the zucchini into uniform rounds using a mandoline or a sharp knife, aiming for about 1/16-inch thickness.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they do not overlap.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through baking.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet to crisp up further before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy chips, ensure zucchini slices are uniformly thin and don't overcrowd the baking sheet. Flip halfway through baking for even browning.
