Preparation

- In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, curry powder, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry shallots until golden and crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- Allow meatballs to cool slightly before serving.
Serving
- Top each meatball with shallot crispies and chopped peanuts.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm.
Notes
