  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread the crushed pretzels over it.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine unwrapped caramels and heavy cream; microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the melted caramel evenly over the crushed pretzels on the baking sheet.
  4. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips until smooth, stirring frequently.
  5. Spread the melted chocolate over the caramel layer and sprinkle generously with flaky sea salt.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm, then break into pieces.

Notes

Ensure the chocolate is fully set before breaking the bark to prevent a messy outcome. You can also customize by adding nuts or other toppings.
