  • 4 cups Watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the ingredients by cubing the watermelon, crumbling the feta, and chopping the fresh mint. Optionally, thinly slice the red onion.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the cubed watermelon, crumbled feta, chopped mint, and red onion (if using).
  3. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Toss gently to combine all ingredients. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for enhanced flavors.

Notes

For best results, chill the salad for 30 minutes before serving. You can also add a drizzle of balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
