  • 1 head Cabbage chopped

  • 1 can Crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano

Method
 

Preparation & Baking
  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet; drain excess fat, then add chopped onion and cook until softened.
  2. Stir in minced garlic, chopped cabbage, and seasonings, cooking until the cabbage begins to wilt.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, cooked rice, and beef broth to the skillet, mixing well to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake in a preheated oven until bubbly and heated through.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use a mix of ground beef and pork. Adjust seasonings to taste, and feel free to add a sprinkle of cheese on top during the last few minutes of baking for extra deliciousness.
