Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with butter.
- Place the cubed French bread in the greased dish and sprinkle the blueberries on top.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and blueberries.
- Press down gently on the bread to ensure it's soaked in the egg mixture.
- Let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or cover and refrigerate overnight for deeper flavors.
Baking
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
