  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or canned) Use fresh corn for a sweeter taste; if using canned, drain well.
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Tajín seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Croutons (optional for topping) Add just before serving for crunch.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, corn, and sliced jalapeño.
