Preparation
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, then drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and water, then cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and unroll the crescent dough, separating it into 8 triangles.
- Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to create 16 smaller triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a pinch of shredded cheese at the wide end of each crescent dough triangle.
- Roll up the crescent dough from the wide end to the point, then place seam-side down on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
