Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and slice sweet potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each sweet potato slice into the butter mixture and stack them in small piles.
  5. Place the stacks on a lined baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender and golden.

Notes
