- Combine cranberries, sugar, and water or orange juice in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Continue to cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the cranberries have burst and the jam has thickened to your desired consistency.
- Remove from heat, stir in orange zest and cinnamon (if using), then let it cool before transferring to clean jars.
Notes
This jam can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or processed using a water bath for longer shelf life.
