- Whisk matcha powder with warm water until frothy.
- Clean and cook down strawberries with sugar and lemon juice until it turns into a glaze.
Assembly
- Place strawberry glaze on the bottom of a tall glass.
- Add in the milk.
- Slowly pour the matcha on top, using the back of a spoon to maintain layers.
Serving
- Serve your Strawberry Matcha Latte in a tall glass, optionally garnished with fresh strawberry slices.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator, keeping matcha and strawberry glaze separate for best taste. Best enjoyed fresh, but glaze can be prepared ahead of time. For variations, try adding other fruits or use a vegan milk alternative.
