  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Wash and peel the potatoes, then carefully carve them into skull shapes using a small knife or a skull-shaped mold.
  2. In a bowl, toss the carved potato skulls with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the potato skulls in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Baking & Serving
  1. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
