Preparation

- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, feta cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.

- Fold the pastry over to form triangles and press the edges to seal.
- Place the puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
