  • 1 lb ground turkey Lean protein option
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle seasoning Adjust for spice preference
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup corn Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice) Choose your favorite cheese
  • 4 large tortillas Flour or corn tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings (sour cream, salsa, lettuce) For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned.
  2. Add the chipotle seasoning, diced bell peppers, onions, and corn. Cook until the veggies are tender.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto each tortilla, roll them up tightly, and store in the refrigerator for make-ahead meals.
Serving
  1. Serve your burritos warm, alongside your favorite sides.
  2. Pair them with chips and salsa or a fresh salad.
  3. Add extra toppings like sour cream or guacamole for more flavor.

Notes

You can store the burritos in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze them wrapped tightly in plastic wrap and then place in a freezer bag for up to three months.
