  • to taste Sliced pickles
  • to taste Butter for toasting buns

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  3. Shred the cooked chicken and mix with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half and toast them lightly in butter.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the sliders by placing a scoop of the buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a few lettuce leaves and pickles.
  2. Top with the other half of the bun and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in buffalo sauce for an hour before cooking. Use rotisserie chicken for an even quicker option; just shred it and mix with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Adjust the spiciness by using mild or hot buffalo sauce according to your taste. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep the toasted buns separate to maintain their texture.
