Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked rice Use leftover rice for added flavor.
  • 1 can Spam, diced Ensure it's sautéed until crispy.
  • 2 pieces eggs Scrambled until just set.
  • 4 pieces Yubo (tofu skin) Can be substituted with rice paper or lettuce.
  • to taste soy sauce Season according to your preference.
  • to taste sesame oil Adds flavor to the rice mixture.
  • to taste green onions, chopped For garnish and flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a pan, sauté the diced Spam until crispy.
  2. In a separate bowl, scramble the eggs and cook until just set.
Mixing
  1. Mix the cooked rice with the crispy Spam, sesame oil, soy sauce, and chopped green onions.
Assembly
  1. Take a piece of Yubo and fill it with the rice mixture.
  2. Add some scrambled eggs on top, then fold the Yubo to secure the filling.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, garnished with additional green onions.

Notes

You can customize the filling by adding your favorite vegetables or using different proteins. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
