- Mix the cooked rice with the crispy Spam, sesame oil, soy sauce, and chopped green onions.
Assembly
- Take a piece of Yubo and fill it with the rice mixture.
- Add some scrambled eggs on top, then fold the Yubo to secure the filling.
Serving
- Serve warm, garnished with additional green onions.
Notes
You can customize the filling by adding your favorite vegetables or using different proteins. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
