Ingredients
  

For the truffles
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies For the base of the truffles
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is well softened for better mixing
  • to coat oz white chocolate melts Can substitute with other types of chocolate
  • as needed mini chocolate chips For eyes of the snowmen
  • as needed orange candy corn For the noses of the snowmen
  • optional sprinkles For festive decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies and softened cream cheese until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls (about the size of a tablespoon) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
Decoration
  1. Melt the white chocolate according to package instructions.
  2. Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring to cover it completely. Let the excess chocolate drip off.
  3. Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the baking sheet.
  4. While the chocolate is still wet, add mini chocolate chips for eyes and a piece of orange candy corn for the nose.
  5. If desired, sprinkle some festive sprinkles on top.
  6. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or place them in the fridge for quicker results.

Notes

Serve snowmen truffles on a festive plate or in a holiday-themed treat box. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week.
