Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let cool completely before serving.
