- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
Cooking
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Slice, garnish with green onions, and serve.
Notes
Make sure to marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor. For added flavor, grill over charcoal for a smoky touch. Optionally, add chili paste or sriracha for a spicy kick.
