Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust for sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
For Garnish
  • 2 pieces green onions, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  4. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  5. Slice, garnish with green onions, and serve.

Notes

Make sure to marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor. For added flavor, grill over charcoal for a smoky touch. Optionally, add chili paste or sriracha for a spicy kick.
