Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy removal.
Chocolate Layer
- Melt semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
Pretzel and Caramel Layers
- Immediately sprinkle the crushed pretzels evenly over the melted chocolate layer.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt unwrapped caramels with heavy cream until smooth and pourable.
- Drizzle the melted caramel over the pretzels and chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the caramel layer.
Chilling and Serving
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the bark is firm and set.
- Once firm, break the salted caramel pretzel bark into desired pieces and serve.
