Preparation

- Add the yeast mixture, milk, melted butter, and the beaten egg to the flour and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape the dough into loaves or rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

To store, let it cool completely, then keep in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
