  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  4. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  2. Let cool briefly before removing from the tin and serving.
