Preparation

Notes

For more flavor, let the chicken marinate longer than 15 minutes if possible. Always check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C) to be safe to eat. You can use less jerk seasoning for a milder flavor or use chicken breasts or drumsticks.
