  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness according to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Can use different types of chocolate chips.

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, almond flour, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for a firmer texture.

Notes

Store any leftover cookie dough in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 to 5 days. Give it a quick stir before enjoying it again. You can serve it in a bowl, with extra chocolate chips on top, with fresh fruit, or used as a filling in crepes.
