  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped Other herbs like thyme or sage can be added.

  • for garnish Pumpkin seeds Adds a nice crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a food processor, combine the pumpkin puree, crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with pumpkin seeds.

Notes

This dip can be served with crackers, veggie sticks, or pita chips. To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Stir before serving as it may thicken.
