Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan; line with parchment paper if desired.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
Assemble & Bake
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Carefully pour the pumpkin mixture over the graham cracker crust in the baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped pecans over the pumpkin filling.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set and the edges are lightly golden brown.
Cooling
- Allow the Pumpkin Magic Bars to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
