Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet. In a medium bowl, combine flaked crab meat, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, chopped green onions, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper; mix well.
Assembly and Baking
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the crab mixture onto the wider end of each triangle, then roll up starting from the wide end towards the pointed end.
- Place the rolled crescent bites on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. Serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm for the best flavor. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the crab mixture. These also make great leftovers when reheated gently.
