- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate medium bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Gently fold about one-third of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture to lighten it, then carefully fold in the remaining whipped cream until just combined and airy.
