Prepare Peach Puree
- Combine chopped peaches, 1/2 cup water, and 1/4 cup sugar in a saucepan; simmer until peaches are soft, then blend until smooth.
Make Lemonade
- In a large pitcher, combine fresh lemon juice, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and 4 cups cold water.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves completely, then taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
Combine and Serve
- Pour the peach puree into the lemonade mixture and stir well to combine.
- Serve the peach lemonade over ice, garnished with peach slices and mint.
Notes
For an extra touch, garnish with fresh peach slices and mint leaves. You can adjust the sugar to your preference.
