Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 lb Pizza dough
Garlic Butter Topping
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle shape, then cut it into even strips.
  2. Tie each individual dough strip into a knot and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Baking & Finishing
  1. Bake the knots in a preheated oven until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
  2. While the knots are baking, melt the butter and mix it with the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt to create the garlic butter.
  3. Once baked, generously brush the warm knots with the prepared garlic butter and sprinkle them with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can brush the knots with garlic butter again right before serving.
