- Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, salt, and pepper; another with beaten eggs; and a third with grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning mixed together.
- Dredge each chicken breast first in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg, and finally press firmly into the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture to ensure it's fully coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C).
- Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure the chicken is patted very dry before coating.
