Preparation
- Crush the Oreo cookies until fine crumbs form, then combine them thoroughly with the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Roll the mixture into small, ghost-shaped balls and arrange them on baking sheets lined with parchment paper, then chill for at least one hour.
Decorating
- Melt the white chocolate, then dip each chilled truffle, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off before returning them to the parchment paper.
- While the chocolate is still wet, carefully place two mini chocolate chips on each truffle for eyes, and once the chocolate is set, draw a mouth using a black edible food marker.
Notes
For best results, ensure the truffles are very cold before dipping them in the warm chocolate to prevent them from falling apart.
