Baking the Cake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan or a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Making the Glaze
- While the cake cools slightly, whisk together the powdered sugar and orange juice in a small bowl until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm cake and let it set before serving.
