Prepare Chicken
- Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, then set aside.
Make Garlic Cheese Sauce
- Melt butter in the same skillet, then add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk until the sauce thickens. Add cheddar, mozzarella, cream cheese, and Italian seasoning, stirring until smooth and melted.
Assemble Wraps
- Warm tortillas according to package directions. Spread a generous amount of the garlic cheese sauce over each warm tortilla.
- Layer cooked chicken, fresh spinach, and sliced red onion on top of the sauce.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately and enjoy your ooey-gooey creation!
Notes
For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cheese sauce. These wraps are also great with a side of ranch dressing for dipping!
