These delicious wraps feature tender chicken, melted cheese, and a zesty garlic sauce, all bundled in a warm tortilla for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 large Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Garlic Cheese Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Wraps & Filling
  • 4 Large Flour Tortillas
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion thinly sliced

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, then set aside.
Make Garlic Cheese Sauce
  1. Melt butter in the same skillet, then add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
  2. Gradually whisk in milk until the sauce thickens. Add cheddar, mozzarella, cream cheese, and Italian seasoning, stirring until smooth and melted.
Assemble Wraps
  1. Warm tortillas according to package directions. Spread a generous amount of the garlic cheese sauce over each warm tortilla.
  2. Layer cooked chicken, fresh spinach, and sliced red onion on top of the sauce.
  3. Roll up each tortilla tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately and enjoy your ooey-gooey creation!

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cheese sauce. These wraps are also great with a side of ranch dressing for dipping!
