- Dice chicken breast and cook in olive oil in a large skillet until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, salt, and pepper to the cooked chicken; stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Spoon the chicken and cheese mixture evenly onto each large flour tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas into wraps and heat them in a dry pan or microwave until golden and the cheese is extra gooey.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can grill the wraps in a panini press or lightly toast them in a hot skillet until golden brown on both sides.
