- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and heavy cream, then add the broken pasta, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything well to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the pot, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
- Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it's fully melted and creates a creamy sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of milk or broth.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add some chopped fresh parsley or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes before serving.
