Nutter Butter Acorn Cookies

These adorable Nutter Butter Acorn Cookies are a perfect no-bake treat for fall. Made with peanut butter sandwich cookies, melted chocolate, and mini chocolate chips, they're quick, easy, and fun to make for any autumn gathering.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 package Nutter Butter cookies (16 oz / 450g)
  • 1 cup Chocolate melting wafers or chips (6 oz / 170g)
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Pretzel sticks broken into 1-inch pieces

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spoon or butter knife
  • Parchment paper
  • Baking sheet

Method
 

Assembly
  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Dip one end of each Nutter Butter cookie into the melted chocolate, covering about one-third of the cookie.
  3. Place dipped cookie on parchment paper, then immediately press a mini chocolate chip onto the chocolate for the acorn cap and insert a pretzel piece for the stem.
  4. Let the cookies set completely on the parchment paper at room temperature or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes for faster setting.

Notes

For best results, ensure your melted chocolate isn't too hot, as it can cause the cookies to melt.
