- In a bowl, mix together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Dip ladyfingers quickly in brewed coffee and layer them in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Layer with sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
Store any leftover dessert in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Cover with plastic wrap or foil to keep fresh. Avoid freezing as texture may change.
