  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice Adjust for tanginess as desired.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream Store-bought whipped cream can be used.
For assembly and garnish
  • graham cracker crumbs For the crust layer.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until incorporated.
Assembly
  1. In mini dessert cups or jars, layer graham cracker crumbs at the bottom, followed by the cheesecake mixture.
  2. Top with additional graham cracker crumbs and a slice of lime for garnish.
Chilling
