Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 36 cookies Lemon Oreos
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened) Make sure the cream cheese is really soft for easier mixing.
  • 12 ounces yellow candy melts
  • 24 ounces vanilla almond bark

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. Add the Oreo cookies to a food processor and blend into fine crumbs.
  3. Pour the crumbs into a mixing bowl. Add the softened cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the mixture. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the balls on the lined baking sheet.
  6. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
Dipping
  1. Melt the vanilla almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring between each one.
  2. Dip each Oreo ball using a fork. Spoon melted almond bark over the top and tap off the extra.
  3. Place back on the parchment paper and let set for about 15 minutes.
  4. Melt the yellow candy melts the same way.
  5. Pour into a piping bag and snip a small tip off the end.
  6. Drizzle over the Oreo balls.
