Preparation
- In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined 9x9 inch pan.
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract.
- Gently mix in the sprinkles.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
These cheesecake bars are best served chilled. You can cut them into squares and place them on a platter for a festive display. Extra sprinkles can be added on top for decoration.
