Crust Ingredients
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted Ensure the butter is completely melted.
Filling Ingredients
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened Ensure it's softened to avoid lumps.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping Use heavy whipped cream for a richer taste.
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles Use any colorful sprinkles of choice.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined 9x9 inch pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract.
  4. Gently mix in the sprinkles.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

These cheesecake bars are best served chilled. You can cut them into squares and place them on a platter for a festive display. Extra sprinkles can be added on top for decoration.
