  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, ground flaxseed, and vanilla extract until everything is well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until they are firm.

Notes

Keep your hands slightly damp when rolling the balls to prevent sticking. If allergic to peanuts, substitute with almond butter or sunflower seed butter. You can also try adding coconut flakes.
