Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until soft.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in sweet potatoes and zucchini, seasoning with paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Pour in the chicken broth and stir until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. If using, sprinkle cheese on top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for 2-3 months. You can also customize with different vegetables or protein options.
