Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic, thyme, and oregano. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  5. Mix in the Parmesan cheese and continue to stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Transfer everything to an oven-safe dish and bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Serving
  1. Place the chicken on a plate and spoon the creamy sauce over the top. Sprinkle fresh parsley for color and extra flavor. Pair with steamed vegetables, rice, or pasta.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in herbs and olive oil for a few hours before cooking. Ensure the skillet is hot enough when searing for a good crust. Adjust garlic and herbs to taste. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to three days or frozen.
