Preparation
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it covers the entire surface for easy removal.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth, or use a double boiler method.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly into a thin layer using a spatula or offset spreader.
- Immediately sprinkle the crushed mini pretzels and M&M's Crispy candies generously over the wet chocolate layer.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely firm and set.
- Once firm, break the chocolate bark into irregular pieces by hand or cut with a sharp knife.
