  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet with olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
Cooking
  1. If baking, place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  2. If frying, cook in the skillet for about 10 minutes, turning until browned and cooked through.
  3. Serve warm as an appetizer or as part of a meal.

Notes

For extra flavor, add spices like Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes. If the mixture is too wet, add more breadcrumbs until it holds together well. Avoid overcooking to maintain juiciness.
