Preparation
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in chopped onions and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add pepperoni and bacon bits, mixing until distributed.
- Warm soft taco shells in the oven or microwave.
Assembly
- For each taco, add the beef mixture, a drizzle of pizza sauce, and top with shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced olives, and fresh basil.
Serving
- Serve hot on a large platter with extra pizza sauce for dipping or side salads.
Notes
You can prepare the filling in advance and store in the fridge. Reheat when ready to serve. Feel free to add or substitute with your favorite pizza toppings, such as mushrooms or jalapeƱos.
